Eligibility for Refunds
- Applies to paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) purchased directly through wzzfny using Kashier.
- You must submit the request within 14 days of the original payment date.
- Account must be in good standing with no violations of the Terms of Service.
Time Limits and Process
- Submit your request within 14 days of payment and before the next renewal date.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Yearly plans are refunded prorated only if fewer than 30 days of access have elapsed and usage remains below fair-use thresholds (e.g., fewer than 5 video interview sessions and 3 resume reviews).
Non‑Refundable Cases
- Requests submitted after 14 days from payment or after a renewal is processed.
- Accounts suspended for abuse, fraud, or violating the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Excessive usage beyond fair-use thresholds for the chosen plan (including unlimited practice sessions consumed).
- Third-party purchases or payments not processed through our official checkout.

- We will confirm receipt within one business day and provide a decision or follow-up questions within three business days.
